Kathryn Pinkham founded The Insomnia Clinic, the UK’s largest insomnia service. Kathryn works one-on-one and via online tools to help people fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night. With a background in the NHS as an insomnia consultant, Kathryn has worked with various people over the past 14 years. She is committed to helping people learn to fall asleep naturally without using sleep medication.
